The Windham Regional Career Center (WRCC), in collaboration with the Community College of Vermont, and Castleton State University is pleased to announce Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Training. The FCD training leads to two credentials: the internationally recognized Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) awarded by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA) Certified Career Services Professional (CCSP).

The Facilitating Career Development curriculum equips practitioners who provide job readiness and career assistance in workforce development; K-12; higher education; human resource management and non-profit agencies with foundational knowledge and skills based on 12 essential career development competencies.
